Falcon Lab LLC was formed under the laws of the State of Delaware on December 13, 2000. Its assets consist of patents granted to the officers of the company, the technical know-how associated with the uses described therein and the value of petitions and other documents submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
On September 21, 2006, the first product formulation (RacerTM) was registered with the EPA Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention Division. (EPA Reg. No. 79766-1) On December 29, 2006 RacerTM received “For Organic Production” labeling from US EPA.
