Racer

Description         

RacerTM is a fast acting, high efficacy herbicide made from naturally occurring sustainable resources.  Racer is covered by an exemption from residue tolerance for food-use It is pleasant smelling, very easy to use and can be sold in liquid or dry form. 

RacerTM was registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA Reg. No. 79766-1) on September 21, 2006 and received allowance for food-use labeling in July 2008.

Uses 

RacerTM rapidly kills annuals and the top growth of grasses and perennials.  It is very effective for the control of moss and fungi and is insecticidal at low concentrations (0.5%) against soft-bodied insects. It has been reported to be nematocidal in laboratory tests.  

RacerTM has utility as an herbicidal soap for use as a biopesticide. 

RacerTM can be made and supplied as a concentrated 40% solution in water for use as a bio-pesticide (herbicide, insecticide, fungicide) or as an adjuvant for addition to other herbicides.  A dry form is also possible.
